How many times can I enter each raffle?
Each person can buy up to 10 tickets for each raffle.
When do I find out if I've won?
Every Friday at 6pm we will draw the winners for each raffle on our Instagram. Follow us @luckyfridayclub to find out whether you won!
Are the products authentic?
Every product is bought direct from the brand. Any proof of purchase/authenticity certificates that the brand provide will be passed on.
Can I exchange what I win for cash/another product?
If you win a product, you will be sent that product and it can’t be exchanged with us.
What happens if not all the tickets are sold by the draw?
Then you have more chance of winning! We will never extend a raffle in order to sell more tickets.
